Flexible spending account reminder: The last day to submit requests for reimbursement from your 2014 FSA is March 31, 2015!

2014 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) participants, who continue to be enrolled in a Classic/Value medical plan in 2015, are able to make claims against any remaining funds in their 2014 FSA account for eligible expenses they incurred between January 1, 2014 and March 15, 2015. This is referred to as the annual FSA grace period.

Any claims filed during this grace period must be submitted no later than March 31, 2015. Any funds remaining in the 2014 FSA after March 31 will be forfeited to the plan administrator.

Claims can be submitted to Flex-Plan Services in the following ways: 1) by completing and submitting the 2014 Flex-Plan Services claim form; or 2) logging onto your account and submitting your claim online at http://pebb.flex-plan.com/home/default.aspx; or 3) utilizing your Flexi-Card. If using the Flexi-Card, Flex-Plan Services will first apply charges to any funds left in your 2014 account before using the 2015 account, provided you enrolled in an FSA again this year.

If you have any questions, please contact Flex-Plan Services at 800-669-3539 and speak to a PEBB Customer Service Representative or visit the above mentioned website.
