Support request portals and self-service support articles hosted on WSU’s Jira and Confluence platforms will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, through 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, due to a planned system upgrade.
This outage applies only to support request portals and self-service support articles hosted on these platforms. Other WSU support systems and resources will remain available throughout the maintenance period.
During the outage, users will be unable to submit new requests via the impacted online portals or view support articles hosted on Jira and Confluence, including content within the WSU Knowledge Base.
Users can continue to submit requests by email during the outage, and support teams will review and process those requests after the systems become available.
WSU’s Jira and Confluence services are expected to be restored by 7 a.m. Oct. 26. After service is restored, users may notice updates to the appearance, navigation, and overall layout of these sites. Automated emails these systems generate may also look different.
