The Office of Policies, Records, and Forms (PRF) is consolidating the four existing administrative manuals into a single University Policies and Procedures Manual (UPPM). Phase 1 of the announced plan, the creation of the UPPM, has been completed. Currently, Phase 2 is underway.
- Phase 2: All current Executive Policies (EP) are being moved into the UPPM, with completion of this phase by the end of the 2025 calendar year.
- PRF has been communicating with EP policy owners to identify the best UPPM chapter and location for their policy.
- Existing EP links will be redirected.
- PRF has published an Executive Policy “Crosswalk” so users and policy owners can see where each EP has been relocated.
As policies are relocated, policy owners and other users will need to update links and citations on their websites, online materials, training materials, templates, and other publications. See the WSU Insider article for more information.
