  • 4 p.m. — Opening remarks
  • 4:15–5:30 p.m. — Concurrent panels
  • 5:30–6 p.m. — Break
  • 6–7 p.m. — Keynote address, “Embracing Trans Regret under Authoritarianism,” by Dr. Toby Beauchamp
