Summer fitness classes with UREC

University Recreation fitness classes will continue this summer with Session 1 running May 9–June 19 and Session 2 running June 20–July 31.

There are over 30 unique fitness classes to choose from during Session 1 occurring in the Student Recreation Center and Chinook Student Center with time options in the morning, afternoon, and evenings. You can view schedules and register for a class on our website.

Registering for a session of fitness classes is the most cost-effective way to participate in a fitness class. A regular fitness class includes an average of 12 sessions over the course of six weeks and costs range from about $20–50 total, depending on the equipment and level of instruction provided.

You can also participate in a fitness class without registering for a full session by purchasing a punch pass in one, five, or 10 punch increments.

To participate in a fitness class, you also need to be a University Recreation member. You can purchase a day pass, annual, semester, or summer membership. A summer membership for WSU faculty and staff costs $78–$162 total depending on the facility. Rates and purchasing options can be found on our memberships website.

All WSU students, faculty, and staff can try fitness classes and facilities for free on May 9 and 10 during All Access Days.
