Tai Chi fitness classes available for WSU faculty/staff

The CAHNRS faculty/staff evening fitness class for Tai Chi is now underway and always available for new patrons.  This class is available to all WSU faculty and staff free of charge; students are also welcome to attend.  Classes are every Wednesday at Ensminger Pavilion from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and taught by a FAI certified Tai Chi and ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor.  Classes are designed with a posture checklist so that you can attend at your convenience that fits your schedule, even if it is only every other or every few weeks.  You will always learn a new posture when you attend.  In time, you will learn the full form but is always at your pace.  So, if you are interested in working on you balance, mobility, and cognition, consider Tai Chi for your health and wellness.
