Join us for evaluation of aged white cheddar cheese taste panel!
When: Wednesday, Nov. 30
Time: From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or until we run out of samples)
Place: FSHN Building, Room 146
We are looking for volunteers to evaluate the sensory quality of aged white cheddar cheese. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The test will take about 15-20 minutes of your time.
