Personal Training Workshop: Recovery, Mobility and Hydration

Feeling hindered by tightness or a lack of muscular recovery? Join University Recreation on June 17 for the Recovery, Mobility and Hydration workshop. Personal trainers will cover improving muscle mobility, recovery and fluid intake while teaching you how to property stretch and loosen your muscles.
