PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University Panhellenic and Interfraternity Councils have donated 160 Seattle Sounders professional soccer game tickets to the Rainier Boys & Girls Club of America located in Seattle.

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Harold Sorensen Memorial Golf Tournament will be Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Palouse Ridge Golf Course at Washington State University. Check-in begins at 12:30 p.m. with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. The deadline to register is Aug. 29.
PULLMAN – Richard J. (Jeff) Puckett has been named senior vice president and chief operating officer for the WSU Foundation, effective Sept. 15.
He will be responsible for managing, developing and enhancing the internal operations, processes, and infrastructure of the WSU Foundation to ensure outstanding service to all college and unit personnel involved in development across WSU.

Seattle philanthropist Marian E. Smith believes that the visual arts should be part of every Washington State University student’s experience. Her gift of a notable collection of late 20th century glass works by artists associated with Washington’s Pilchuck Glass School is intended to expose WSU’s student body to exceptional artworks as an integral part of their education.
