More than 850 soon-to-be Washington State University graduates are expected to fill Beasley Coliseum alongside their family and friends for Fall Commencement Dec. 10 in Pullman.
The university will confer diplomas for more than 4,700 spring graduates, with thousands participating in commencement ceremonies beginning this week.
After helping thousands of students afford college, Seattle investor and philanthropist Gary Rubens will fulfill a lifelong personal goal and graduate from WSU this spring.
Extra hands are needed to help setup the event, distribute reader cards to students, and assist guests in finding their seats for Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7.
More than 4,800 students are graduating across the WSU system this spring. Hundreds more graduates from last fall and those expected to graduate this summer will also be recognized during the online event.
Viewers will be able to praise graduating students via written comments as well as hear from graduates directly through submitted video clips.
RICHLAND, Wash. – Washington State University Tri-Cities will confer 403 degrees during its commencement ceremony beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at the Toyota Center, 7000 W. Grandridge Blvd. in Kennewick, Wash.
An expected 2,959 students will participate in WSU Pullman commencement. Ceremonies also set for Vancouver, Tri-Cities, Spokane and Everett.
