Nov. 19: Scenes from French operas sung at WSU

PULLMAN, Wash. – Scenes of love from operas composed in French – but presented here in English – will be performed free to the public in “Viva La France!” by the Washington State University Opera Workshop at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, in Bryan Hall.

Nov. 13: Opera scenes bewitch and enchant

PULLMAN, Wash. – Scenes from four operas featuring wizards, witches, potions and poisons will be presented free to the public at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in Bryan Hall by the Washington State University Opera Workshop.

Through April 25: Music faculty present pre-opera talks

PULLMAN, Wash. – Three music faculty from Washington State University will give pre-opera talks for “The Met: Live in HD” series, which begins with Verdi’s “Macbeth” at 9:10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre in downtown Moscow, Idaho.
