PULLMAN, Wash. – Noel Schulz, a professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, has been named a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE). She was recognized for leadership in advancing women in engineering and electric ship technologies.
