WSU and University of Idaho pledged a combined $1 million toward the new terminal, which will be six times larger than the current facility to accommodate growing passenger volumes.
Washington State University and University of Idaho are teaming up to support the new terminal construction at Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport.
The first commercial flight to use the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport’s new runway is scheduled for Oct. 11.
Remember to give yourself a little extra time when flying to or from Pullman this fall as the city’s regional airport closes for about a month beginning Sept. 8, leaving Spokane and Lewiston as the nearest commercial air alternatives.

By Phil Weiler, WSU Marketing and Communication PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University Board of Regents today unanimously approved the sale of university-owned land to the Pullman Moscow Regional Airport for $14,772,750. The sale of this property will allow the airport to continue the re-alignment of the airport runway.
