Here’s how to find where in Workday you can complete your COVID-19 vaccination declaration.
- In Workday, select “Requests” from the welcome page and then “Create Request
- In the “Request Type” window, type “COVID” and press enter
- Select “COVID-19 Employee Vaccination Declaration” and click “OK”
- Read the declaration statement and select the statement appropriate to you. Then click “Submit.”

All employees must declare themselves fully vaccinated in order to forgo face masks and physical distancing while at a WSU location. Someone is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving their final dose of a vaccine sequence.
