Workday for Finance is live

WSU finance processes began running in Workday on Jan. 1.

All employees can access Workday by signing in with their WSU Network ID and password at workday.wsu.edu.

At launch, transactions will be loaded in Workday, such as purchase orders, assets, and cost centers, except for beginning balances. On Jan. 6, the Modernization Team will load beginning balances for budgets, revenues, and expenses. All other financial data will be in Workday by the end of January.

More information about when data will be available can be found online. As we continue working to get Workday for WSU up and running, we appreciate your patience during this time.

For more information about Workday, training, and the Modernization Initiative, visit the Modernization Team’s website. For resources and help, visit support.workday.wsu.edu.
