WSU-sponsors ‘March for Babies Walk’

 
 
 
 
 
PULLMAN – A “March for Babies Walk” to collect pledges and donations to be used in support of The March of Dimes will begin from the Glenn-Terrell Mall at noon on April 5.
 
The three-hour event will begin with registration and an opening ceremony.
 
Sponsored by the Associated Students of WSU, The Graduate Professional Student Association, the Residence Hall Association, Gannon-Goldsworthy Hall, the Daily Evergreen and other WSU organizations.
 
The event is intended to support the non-profit March of Dimes work in providing services to premature babies and their families.
 
Community service hours will be offered for the event by the Center of Civic Engagement. Food will be provided by Papa Johns, Emerald City Smoothie, and Munchies.
 
Registration for the event is encouraged, but not required. Those wishing to register online can do so at www.marchforbabies.org.
