University Recreation offers free preview of classes

To kick off the new semester, University Recreation is offering Free Demo Week January 9-15.
 
Demo week provides students and community members the opportunity to try every fitness, mind/body and gravity, dance, self defense, and outdoor recreation class, and learn more about intramurals and sport club offerings. 

Classes include yoga, cardio salsa, gravity, cycling, agility and plyometrics, yolates, meditation, abs, pilates, cardio kickboxing and much more. With more than 75 free classes during demo week, nearly any personal exercise preference can be met.
 
The Outdoor Recreation Center is also offering a free slide show Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the SRC conference room.  The slide show features exciting footage of community member trips and extreme adventures from this winter.
