PULLMAN, Wash. — The 2004 Horse Conference and Expo sponsored by Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine this Saturday (Sept. 25) has been canceled.
Low preregistration attendance and competing statewide horse events forced the cancellation. The veterinary college will offer a similar event next fall on a date yet to be determined.
