VANCOUVER, Wash. — Black and white landscape photography, by local artist Dale Strouse is now on display in the Engineering Life Sciences building at Washington State University Vancouver through May 17.
Originally from the East Coast, Strouse moved to Portland, Ore., in 1985 and was immediately and profoundly affected by the landscape of the Pacific Northwest. During the past several years he has explored and photographed the wilderness landscapes of Washington and Oregon, continuing to build upon his existing collection of work.
This exhibit features Strouse’s black and white photographs of Pacific Northwest landscapes. Mesmerized by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest he photographs both natural and urban landscapes. This show features natural landscapes.
The exhibit is available to the public Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m,. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
