WSU Women*s Center Femraiser

The WSU Women*s Center is holding its first-ever Femraiser, 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Pullman.

Please join us for a fun night of trivia, with a special prize for the winning team! In addition, we will hold a silent auction where you can admire art pieces created by our supporters—and maybe even take some home. A portion of the proceeds from the event will support Women*s Center programming.

Please register soon to reserve your seat. You can also register the name of your trivia team in advance to get a good table and a place on the leaderboard. Tickets are by donation; our suggested donation is $10, but more is welcome! You’ll receive a donation link in your confirmation email, or you can donate at the door by cash or check.

Ask Dr. Universe launches new podcast series in Spanish

The pilot episode of the Spanish podcast series aired Aug. 27 and explores what would happen if you were eaten by a shark, with expert guidance from WSU fish veterinarian, Dr. Nora Hickey.
