This transformative event is designed to deepen your mindfulness practice and enhance resilience and adaptability through the practice of NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest). Kelly will share insights from her vast experience training UN humanitarian workers, inmates in prison, and Google engineers. She specializes in NSDR or “non sleep deep rest,” which is an evidence-based contemplative practice for increasing neuroplasticity and creativity, and for downregulating your nervous system and getting better sleep.
