WSU Pullman Mailing Services COVID‑19 operations

Mailing Services will continue to process both interdepartmental and USPS mail and packages for faculty, staff and students on the Pullman campus as long as the United States Postal Service is operational and the University is open. As a reminder, WSU policy requires that there be a person available at all locations receiving mail deliveries. If no one is present, mail will be brought back to Mailing Services in the Cooper Publications Building and delivered the following business day.

We understand that due to COVID-19 departments may not always have a person present at some locations. Because of the unique circumstances we are currently operating under, the less mail stops we make the better off we all will be in terms of maintaining social distance, and transmission mitigation, so if your area is willing to consolidate mail stops by having multiple campus ZIP Codes delivered to a single campus ZIP we will gladly accommodate your request. Please fill out the Pullman Campus Mail Forwarding Request form available here and return it to mailing.services@wsu.edu.

You may also use the same form to request that we hold your mail at Cooper for you to pick up or for us to deliver at a future date.

If the University were to close completely we would hold incoming mail and departments would be able to drop off outgoing mail and pick up incoming mail at the Cooper Publications Building with valid WSU identification. If you have questions please contact Ed Sala at 208-301-4165 or sala@wsu.edu.
