WSU Pullman, Dairy Road temporary traffic revision

Monday, Feb. 26, Verizon 5G FOSC project contractor will mobilize and we have a projected bore start on Tuesday, Feb. 27. They will be starting on the south side of Dairy Rd, then traveling north towards the tunnel. At this time, we are projecting a one week, one lane reduction for the project starting on Tuesday.
