Information Technology Services (ITS) is upgrading the VoIP servers starting March 11 until March 15. Please visit its.wsu.edu for a complete maintenance schedule and additional maintenance details.
WSU Pullman and WSU Research and Extension Units (REUs) phone systems may reregister during the initial start of each maintenance window but should return to normal service within 5 minutes.
No phone outage is expected for Pullman or Extension users. However, if a phone does not re-register following any of the maintenance windows, ITS recommends users cycle the power on the phone by unplugging the cable from the back of the device and plugging it back in.
From March 11 to March 15, all service requests and changes for WSU Pullman’s and WSU Extension units’ phone system will be postponed until all maintenance is complete.
