WSU Premium Meats available

WSU Premium Meats offers local beef and pork products raised by Animal Sciences students on the Pullman campus. Meat sticks, burger patties, steaks, and more are perfect for your game day grilling.

Beef products are from Angus and Wagyu cattle raised on pastures at the Ensminger Beef Center and finished for well-marbled, tender steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Large quantities of freezer beef (boxes, half or whole animal) are available seasonally.

Pork products, including bacon and half or whole animals, are raised on campus by WSU Student Swine Cooperative members.

Visit the WSU Premium Meats store on campus at 2155 Wilson Rd from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday! Extended hours may be available on select home football weekends. Local pick up and shipping are available.
