WSU Premium Beef offering a half

Grilling season is here! Know that you will have high quality beef born raised and fed right here to enjoy with family and friends.

This half of beef has been dry aged and is ready for your cutting instructions.

Great value: $2.50 per hanging pound; $0.81 per pound for butcher fees.

Half weighs 444 pounds and will result in 250 to 300 pounds of retail product. Total cost will be just under $1,500.

This beef will be very good and comes from WSU’s beef cattle program, where cattle are carefully tended by WSU undergraduate students.
