WSU Premium Beef is pleased to announce that we are selling fresh, Choice-grade Angus beef on Friday, November 15, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the WSU Meat Science Laboratory at 2155 Wilson Rd on the Pullman campus.
We will have a wide assortment of dry-aged steaks, ground beef, and other cuts available for your tailgating party. Quantities are limited, so come early for best selection!
