The NAHS department is hosting a summer learning opportunity entitled “Old Ways,” which stands for, “Opportunity Learning Diversity, Wisdom, And Yesterday’s Stories.” This will provide first-year medical students (pharmacy and nursing) an opportunity to learn and build capacity around the relationship between Indigenous knowledge and western medicine. We have 10 spots available and this a first-come, first-served basis. The website provides more information including the detailed schedule and class topics for the summer.
