WSU Microsoft Copilot Chat Workshop: Recording available

Thank you to everyone who joined Information Technology Services (ITS) for the WSU Copilot Chat Workshop on April 24, led by Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect and Copilot expert Dewayne Hyatt. Active participation and engagement from various areas across WSU helped make this workshop a great success!

This workshop provided a comprehensive introduction to foundational AI concepts, responsible AI and data protection, prompt crafting techniques, personalizing chats with agents, and more within Copilot.

Access to the workshop recording is now available for those who were unable to attend or who may wish to revisit the content. You may be required to sign in with your WSU email and password to view. The workshop recording is only available via this link until July 23, 2025.

You can also review the Copilot Chat User Training Guide presented during the workshop via the ITS website.

We encourage you to share these resources with colleagues, students, and teams within your respective areas to ensure the broader WSU community can benefit from the insights shared during the workshop.

We look forward to your continued engagement and support as we explore the potential of expanding AI resources at WSU.

Please email communications.its@wsu.edu for any questions regarding this workshop.
