WSU leadership conference seeks faculty and staff presenters

WSU faculty and staff are invited to present a workshop during the Pacific Northwest Leadership Conference, on Saturday, Oct. 15. The conference will take place 9 a.m.–4 p.m. in the Compton Union Building on the Pullman campus.

The leadership conference is a unique opportunity to meet student leaders from across the WSU system, discuss the basics of leadership, and help students build foundational leadership skills.

Past workshop topics include becoming a master event organizer, gender justice, ethical leadership in times of crisis, and empowering others through servant leadership.

The workshops are organized in 50‑minute blocks and presenters can request their workshop be held during the morning or afternoon.

If you would like to present a workshop, online registration makes it quick and easy. A confirmation email including the conference schedule, attendee numbers, and general information will be sent to workshop presenters during the first week of October.

Questions can be directed to Nichole Wamsley in the Center for Student Organizations and Leadership, nichole.wamsley@wsu.edu.
