WSU is currently experiencing intermittent phone issues with dropped calls and poor call audio quality for calls being made to and from the Pullman campus. On campus and five-digit dialing to other WSU campuses appear to be fine.
Frontier Communications, our local and long distance telephony service provider, is currently working to identify and resolve the issues that are resulting in poor call quality at the WSU Pullman campus. Information Technology Services currently does not have an estimated time of resolution.
