WSU Corporate Travel Card

The Travel Office has been working with JP Morgan Chase in preparation for the transition from our current internet platform to a new interface titled PaymentNet 4. We are happy to announce that the time is here, and we are expecting the site to go live on Monday.

*JP Morgan Chase will not migrate any current banking information for individuals who have been paying online using the PaymentNet Legacy system.

If you wish to continue to pay for your Corporate Travel Card using PaymentNet, you will be required to contact our office and we will set up access so you can enter your banking information in the new PaymentNet 4 system.

Please email Travel Services at pattie@wsu.edu with your Name, WSU ID number and last 4 digits of our account requesting access to the payment feature. Logon credentials will be provided to you.

Due to new security procedures, you will be required to register your computer (or any other device used to access the site). You will receive a prompt when you first logon from a new computer or device, or from a previously used computer with a new ID.
