WSU Business Plan Competition Open for Registration

The WSU Business Plan Competition, April 21-22 hosted by the WSU Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is an exciting extracurricular competition that gives students the opportunity to practice business in a real-world setting, showcase their business acumen, and network with industry professionals.

WSU students across all colleges and programs of study are invited to create cross-disciplinary teams and develop a plan to go from idea to impact. Team registration is open until Thursday, March 9, 2017. Once teams have registered to compete, the deadline to submit the one-page executive summary is Thursday, March 23. Participants have a chance at winning prizes up to $15,000 or more. With more than $48,000 in total cash prizes, and additional in-kind services, teams could also win the money and resources needed to develop their idea.

The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies promotes, supports, and facilitates entrepreneurial learning, innovative skill building and student venture creation, serving as a leader in WSU’s university-wide entrepreneurial ecosystem.
