WSU Alumni Association’s Feast of the Arts wins International Gold

CASE, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, notified the WSU Alumni Association (WSUAA) late last week that its Feast of the Arts dinner series has been honored with the international Circle of Excellence Gold Award for University Special Events.

The Feast takes place the Friday evening before each Saturday home football game throughout the fall in Pullman. The exquisite four-course dinners are prepared by WSU Executive Chef Jamie Callison and his talented Hospitality Business Management students and feature locally sourced WSU fare. Introduced by the winemaker, wines from a WSU alumni winery accompany each course.

The Feast is a partnership of the WSUAA and its Wine-By-Cougars Wine Club, the Carson College of Business and its School of Hospitality Business Management, the Museum of Art/WSU, and the School of Music.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
