Workshop on “Intro to Equity Finance: Capital Options & Term Sheets”

The Office of Commercialization is hosting a workshop for those interested in the financial aspects of founding a start-up company.

The workshop, “Intro to Equity Finance: Capital Options & Term Sheets” is scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. It is the third in the series being presented in collaboration with the Resource Nights conducted by the Carson College of Business. The topics covered during this workshop include: Forming a Startup Company, Founder Split and Arrangements, Financing Stages, Types of Financing, Valuation of a Startup Company, Term Sheets, Capitalization Tables, Pitching Investors, and What Investors are Looking For.
