Experience the weight room in an entirely new way with Women on Weights! This 8-week course teaches you the fundamentals of weight training and the importance of adding healthy muscle. Designed just for women, this course meets twice weekly in the SRC weight room. Each week, a certified personal trainer will introduce you to an array of weight room equipment and training movements. The skills you learn in this course will be applied to specialized workouts created just for you and your group! There are two course meeting times—Monday and Wednesday from 8-9 a.m. or Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6 p.m. The course runs from Oct. 20 – Dec. 11. Register by Oct. 26 to take your workout to the next level! Registration costs $100 for SRC members.
