Women in Recreation- Change it up!

Looking for change and ways to spice up your workout? Join University Recreation for the third week of Women in Recreation month and do just that! This week offers a plethora of appealing, lively events and activities that would inspire anyone to change it up! Not only is there ample opportunities to change up your recreational activities, there are plenty of chances to incorporate innovative inspiration into your life. A list of the events is below.

    • Women in Intramurals open forum, 4 p.m., SRC Conference Room
    • Kayak Skills & Roll Clinic, 6 p.m., Smith Pool, Preregistration required
  • Feb. 18
    • 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, 6 p.m., SRC Ct. 1
  • February 19
    • Creating and Maintaining Change workshop, 6 p.m., SRC Classroom
  • Feb. 20
    • Kickboxing, 5 p.m., SRC 245
  • Feb. 21
    • Women’s Hours, 8-9 a.m., SRC
    • Leap Into a New You Challenge Course, 2 p.m., SRC Backyard, Preregistration required
