Warm Up like a Champ livestream tonight

Regardless of your fitness level, if you want to be stronger, faster, or leaner then it is key to warm up before you workout. This often overlooked component of healthy exercise is also crucial to preventing injury. Master Trainer and Coordinator of Fitness Services at Washington State University, Ramon Sodano, will walk you step by step through his research-based four part warm up protocol during his next live online event.  Join Global Connections at 6:30 p.m. on April 18 to learn the elemental steps to make the most out of your warm up and workout.
