Volunteer for the All‑Campus Picnic

Volunteers are needed to help with the annual All‑Campus Picnic on Friday, Aug. 18! The picnic starts at 11 a.m. (right after convocation) on the Terrell Mall at WSU Pullman and will serve over 5,000 students, faculty, and staff. Volunteer support is crucial to making this a successful event!

Volunteer commitments are scheduled in 1.5‑hour blocks and are available from 10:15 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Volunteers should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift.

Volunteer roles:

  • Food service
  • Line greeters/clicker counters (greeting and counting patrons)
  • Extra support
