Volunteer for fall 2026 move‑in

The Division of Student Affairs needs your help welcoming Cougs to the Pullman campus this fall! We’re looking for volunteers to help with a variety of tasks, including checking students in, giving directions, and helping unload vehicles.

Saturday, Aug. 15 – Sunday, Aug. 16

Register to volunteer

Registration closes Sunday, Aug. 9, and volunteers will receive their volunteer assignment by Wednesday, Aug. 12.

Shifts are 3 hours long, and you can volunteer for as many as you’d like. All volunteers will receive a free T‑shirt to wear as a uniform during move‑in and free lunch from an on-campus dining center.

Be part of the excitement of move‑in day and help our newest Cougs get settled at WSU!
