This course, taking place from 9-11:30 a.m., presents a basic overview of basic budget concepts and how they are applied at the WSU work unit level. The discussion includes the differences between operating and capital budgets, the advantages and disadvantages of different budgeting methods, and key roles staff can play in developing and controlling their unit’s budget.
