URGENT: Access Center Call for Final Exams

If you are anticipating your students will take your final at the Access Center we ask you to:

  • Send all final exams to us as soon as they are prepared.  It would be most helpful for us to receive them immediately, but definitely no later than a full business day before the exam is scheduled.
  •  Please include the Faculty Proctor Instructions to Access Center form which is found on our homepage: https://AccessCenter.wsu.edu. Select the large red circle in the upper right corner.  Complete all requested information and include all extra resources you are allowing for the test.  If calculator is approved, be specific about exact type (non-graphing, graphing, simple 4-function, etc.).  Because we must be able to contact you during an exam, please include your confidential cell phone number.
  • Changes to final after it has been sent:  If, after sending your final, anything needs to be edited, please send the entire corrected final and instruct us to replace the previous version with this new version. Please expect an acknowledgement email that the new final has been prepared.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement email at least an hour before the final is to be proctored, please call 509.335.3417.  Ask them to let us know we have an urgent incoming phone call.
  •  If you discover an error on the final while your class is testing, please call 509.335.3417.  Ask them to let us know we have an urgent incoming phone call.

Return of Final Exams:  Campus Mail*  or  Pick-Up ONLY

  • We do not offer Scan and E-mail for return of finals
  • *You may elect to receive completed exams by Campus Mail only for exams taken on Monday 12/9 or Tuesday 12/10
  • All exams taken on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday must be picked-up at the Access Center between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM during finals weeks or 8 – 4:45 Monday or Tuesday of the following week.  If you arrive to pick-up your exams in the evening and the downstairs main door is locked, please call 5-3417 and we will come open the door.

If you have any questions or concerns,  contact Kay Smith, Access Center Proctoring Coordinator, at Access.Testing@wsu.edu   or  5-8079.
