UREC Fitness Instructor Training

Looking to inspire active, healthy living? Check out University Recreation’s Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) course Sept. 11 – Oct. 19! Through a combination of lecture and practical application, FIT prepares participants to teach at UREC or in the general fitness industry. Training courses take place on Sundays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 p.m. in SRC Room 144. Registration costs $52 and includes a manual and enrollment in a Fitness Session I class as a shadow.
