UREC fitness classes Session 2 starts Oct. 16

University Recreation has a new session of fitness classes starting Oct. 16. All fitness classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and provide community and guidance through a variety of workouts. There’s something for everyone with fitness classes in the following categories:

  • Cardio & Strength
  • Les Mills
  • Yoga
  • Dance
  • Indoor Cycling
  • CrossFit
  • Boxing & Martial Arts
  • Small Group Training

Group fitness is a great way to have fun while working out and get support from other group members. Classes have a range of schedule options with morning, noon, and evening time slots and SRC and Chinook locations.
