University records retention schedule updated

A revision to the university records retention schedule was approved by the state records committee on Oct. 5.

Important! Some records series are discontinued as of Jan. 1, 2021 (when Workday came online). Although discontinued, these legacy records series must be maintained until the end of the retention period stated in the records series description. Search for “Legacy Record” in the All-University Records Retention Schedules table to view all of these discontinued records series.
