When a department changes location they are usually assigned a new delivery code number. It is the department’s responsibility to change the address on their web page, the electronic directory entry of all employees, and to notify all correspondents of the address change. It is also the department’s responsibility to order and pay for new letterhead, envelopes, and business cards. Small quantities of letterhead and envelopes may be used for a short time to use up old stock.
