University Communications Mailing Services Tip of the Week

WSU Pullman mailing services will seal business letter sized mail and some larger envelopes if the flap is in on the long edge and the address is parallel to the long edge. Our machines will also seal most greeting/invitation card-sized envelopes but they do not always seal tidy.

Do not bundle together sealed and unsealed envelopes. This causes jams in the machines and possible mutilation of your mail piece. It is preferable if the unsealed envelopes have the flap up.

For more information contact University Communications at 335-2365, email joyr@wsu.edu, srigby@wsu.edu or visit ucomm.wsu.edu/mailing.
