Two forums tomorrow on new LMS

WSU is holding two more virtual open forums tomorrow on Blackboard Learn, the university’s leading choice to replace Angel, its current learning management system. The forums are Friday, May 2, at 9-10 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.

To join one of the forums, please connect through tinyurl.com/liamsoffice or by calling 866-290-9533, passcode 562 301 0714, at the time you wish to attend.

A committee of faculty, staff and students recently recommended Blackboard Learn over two other contenders, concluding it has the most useful tools, greatest flexibility and best support.

The review committee also maintains a website at lmsevaluation.wsu.edu at which it posts announcements and updates.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
