Trans Day of Visibility ft. J Mase III

On Friday, March 29, 4-6:30 p.m. at the WSU Pullman campus in the Elson S Floyd Cultural Center, the graduate student club “GPAWS” will be hosting a #TDoV (Trans Day of Visibility) event featuring J Mase III. A Black/Trans/Queer poet & educator from Seattle, WA.

J Mase will be leading a workshop from 4-5 p.m. titled “Faith and the Criminalization of the Black Trans Body,” followed by dinner (free) from 5-5:30 p.m., and then a spoken word performance from 5:30-6:10 p.m. A meet & greet/Q&A will follow until 6:30 p.m.
