Tomorrow (Nov. 7): PCR360 Customer Center server upgrade, brief outage

From 5 a.m. to noon tomorrow, the PCR360 service, including PCR360 Customer Center, will be offline as Information Technology Services (ITS) upgrades servers. Though service may be restored sooner than noon, the entire 7-hour maintenance window is reserved for this work.

No further action should be required of users once the upgrade is complete. Users experiencing login issues after noon should close and reopen their web browser. If this does not resolve login issues, please contact pcrcc.help@wsu.edu.
